CENTRIFUGAL BLAST WHEEL
WHEEL:
The direct drive bi-directional 14" or 15" blast wheel revolves at 3600 RPM for maximum abrasive velocity. Balanced wheel components assure smooth operation.
BLADES:
Unique Rim-Loc design eases blade replacement. Cast from abrasive resistant alloy to insure maximum life.
CONTROL CAGE:

WHEEL HOUSING:
Fabricated from 1/4" steel plate. Housing is completely lined with cast alloy steel liners. All liners are replaceable.
CABINET CONSTRUCTION
CABINET:
Low profile, formed to maintain structural integrity, the cabinet is fabricated from 3/8" steel plate. Access holes in sides of cabinet simplify belt replacement. Access door in front of cabinet permits removal of tramp metal collected on abrasive screen. |
DOOR:
Pneumatically operated reinforced rubber door opens and closes easily and provides full access to blast chamber. Door is positively sealed from abrasive and dust leakage.
MILL CONSTRUCTION
CONVEYOR:
Continuous molded rubber tumble belt is 4-ply construction with 1/4" diameter abrasive drain holes. Euro Style Rubber tumbling ridges are molded directly onto the belt. Screw adjusted take-ups provide positive belt adjustment.
CONVEYOR ROLLERS:
Rollers have 2" diameter solid shafts. All rollers are mounted to the cabinet with standard (4) bolt flange bearings.
CONVEYOR SPEED:
10.3 feet per minute.
CAPACITY:
37" wide x 27-1/2" diameter mill will handle 6 cubic feet or 800 pounds.

ABRASIVE RECYCLING SYSTEM
ELEVATOR:
Centrifugal discharge belt and bucket elevator is dust-tight. Removable cover permits service and inspection. Unique automatic aspirated abrasive conditioner continuously eliminates light contaminates and unusable abrasive. Screw adjusted take-ups provide positive belt adjustment. |
ABRASIVE SCREENING:
Abrasive screening in cabinet eliminates tramp metal from entering blast wheel.
ABRASIVE REQUIRED:

ELECTRIC MOTORS:
All motors are totally enclosed fan cooled to provide maximum life. Unit optionally equipped with 230/460 volt 3 phase motors.
